Ivan Ruiz, Age 23 of Arcadia, Florida passed away suddenly on June 24, 2018. Ivan was a lifetime resident of Arcadia, FL and worked locally as a landscaper. He loved fishing, spending time with his friends but most of all spending time with his family.

He is survived by his mother, Rosalba Ruiz of Arcadia, FL; One brother, Alfredo Ruiz Jr. also of Arcadia, FL; Four sisters, Gabriela Ruiz; Adriana Ruiz; Tracey Ruiz; and Maria G. Ruiz all of Arcadia, FL. He is survived by his grandfather, Rosando Ruiz and 2 nieces and 3 nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Alfredo Ruiz Sr.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28 from 6-8pm at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home 50 North Hillsborough Avenue Arcadia, FL. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday June 29 at 1pm at St. Pauls Catholic Church 1208 East Oak St. Arcadia, FL with interment to follow in Joshua Creek Cemetery.
