Zella Marie Warren, 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 2, 2024, in Wauchula. She was born on May 6, 1933, in Zolfo Springs, Florida, to Francis "AL" and Dorothy (Dillard) Hough.

Zella was preceded in death by both parents and her daughter, Debra G. Sanford.

She is survived by her loving husband Vernon L. Warren I, of Wauchula, Florida; son Mike Thomas Sr. (Lisa) of Sebring, Florida; daughter Janet Beckham (Dale) of Wauchula, Florida; daughter Samantha Slingluff (Perry) of Pensacola, Florida; son Vernon L. Warren II (Amanda) of Hampton, VA; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Zella was of the Christian faith and a member of Florida's First Assembly of God in Wauchula. She loved and was loved by many in her community.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sherry White Ministries in her honor.
A graveside service will be held at New Hope Cemetery in Wauchula, on Thursday March 7th at 10AM with Kenny Bright officiating.
