Wilma Dale Martin, age 92, passed away, Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009 in Port Charlotte, Fl. Wilma was born Sept. 26, 1916 in Spencerville, Indiana, and had lived in Fl. since 1957, moving from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Wilma enjoyed doing word search puzzles, tending to her dogs, and traveling. She also enjoying going to the beach. Wilma was of the Baptist faith. Survivors are her sons, Rev. William A. Tony (Mary) Martin, Zolfo Springs, Fl., James Knox, Wauchula, Fl. David (Connie) Martin, Fruitland Park, Fl. and Step-son Arthur James (Eunice) Martin, Jr., Freemont, Indiana. Two daughters, Yvonne Leeuw and Nancy Rebman both of Port Charlotte, Fl. Wilma is preceded in death by her beloved husband Arthur James martin, Sr. and a daughter Judy Elser, eleven grand children, thirteen great grand and five great great grandchildren. A celebration of Wilma s life will be held at the beach in St. Petersburg, Fl. at a later date.
