Westley Hayes Foye, affectionately known as "Bill", 88, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, in Port Charlotte, Florida. He was born in Bar Mills, Maine on July 26, 1937, to William and Bernice Hayes Foye. He was a proud member of the Blue Lodge Masons in Maine, as well as the Kora Temple and its Cycle Corps. Bill retired as the Town of Bridgton, Maine's Code Enforcement Officer.

Bill survived by his loving wife of 62 years Norma Stevens Foye; Daughter: Kathleen Brackett, Grandson: Chad Brackett and his wife Diana; Great-Granddaughter: Brooklynn Brackett; Niece: Kathy Goodwin, and Nephew: Michael Foye. He will also be remembered fondly by many extended family member and friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his brothers: Robert and Richard Foye.

In his younger days, Bill spent many joyful hours snowmobiling through remote areas of Rangeley, Maine, often accompanied by Norma and his grandchildren. He also loved taking his pontoon boat out on beautiful Rangeley Lake and the neighboring lakes. A man of remarkable skill, he could repair and build just about anything and kept his workshop highly organized and in perfect order.
