Vivian JoAnn Pelham, age 59 passed away Monday, March 13, 2023 in Arcadia, Florida. She was born on October 4, 1963 in Wauchula, Florida.

Vivian, known by most as Jo, lived most of her adult life with her partner of 35 years, Elbried in Hardee County before moving back to her hometown to live out her remaining days by her sibling's side.

Vivian was a beloved mother. Her greatest passion in life was her grandchildren.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Angel and Amanda and 5 grandchildren, Allyson, Kylia, Maci, Matthew and Christopher. She also leaves behind her sisters Linda, Joyce and Sharon and her brother Thomas.

Vivian is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Lorene Pelham, her sister Sandy and brother Calvin.

A private viewing was held for close family on March 15, 2023.
