Vivian Marie Freeman, age 77, of Arcadia, Fl. passed away, Monday, July 14, 2008. Marie was born in Georgia and had lived in Arcadia for the past 54 years, moving here from Ga. Vivian retired from G. Pierce Wood memorial Hospital as a nurse s aid. She enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. Marie is survived by four daughters; Joan (Steve Wyatt) Brannan, Arcadia, Deborah (Freddie) Hernandez, Jean (Allan) Chitwood, Bonita Springs, Fl., and Wanda Martinez, Fort Ogden, Fl. She also leaves two brothers, Johnny and Robert Bailey both of Arcadia, Fl. Sisters, Aline Clark, Connie Lake, both of Arcadia, and Grace Cobb of Nocatee, Fl. Thirteen (13) grandchildren, thirty-one (31) great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6:00PM until 8:00PM, Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home Chapel, 50 No. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia, Fl. Funeral services will be at 10:00AM Friday, July 18, 2008 at Ponger-Kays-Grady Chapel. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
