Thomas C. Tom Payne 55 of Arcadia passed away January 08, 2008. He quality time with his family. Tom was one of Jehovah s Witnesses. He is survived by his beloved wife Jane Coleman Payne of Arcadia, two sons James (Jessica) Payne, Charles Payne; three daughters Jessica Payne, Tiffany Payne, Caitlin Payne all of Arcadia; four grandchildren Damien Payne of Miami, James Allen, Hailey Allen, and Sara Ziglar all of Arcadia; two brothers Terry (Pauline) Payne of PA, Rick Payne of Arcadia; and one sister Linda Cottrell of Arcadia. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Dale and Jean Payne. A Memorial Service is planned for 1:30 PM Saturday, January 12, 2008 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah s Witness, 1605 E Maple St. Arcadia.
