Thomas Dale Larrison was born in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountain range in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania on June 4, 1934. The eldest son of Thomas and Lola Larrison, he lettered in baseball, basketball and football before accepting a scholarship to Moravian College in nearby Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  He completed two years at Moravian where he hoped to be a teacher and a coach but the call of the United States Marine Corps changed his dreams. He rose to the rank of sergeant while stationed in Japan and later as a small arms instructor to officers at Quantico, Virginia.

Dale married Jean Olean Biltz of Perrysburg, Ohio in Prince Edward County, Virginia on September 22, 1956.

Following his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, Dale and his bride relocated to Ohio where he worked in sales until his retirement in 1998 as the senior sales manager of an automotive dealership.

Upon retirement, Dale and Jean moved to Florida to enjoy retirement in the sunshine.  He was and active member of Faith Presbyterian Church.

The Lord in His providence called Dale heavenward into glory on February 2, 2024, from his home in Wauchula, Florida.

His greatest love beyond his Savior was his family. They were his joy in life.
