Shirley was born Spetember 11, 1936 in Anniston, AL, moving to Arcadia more than forty years ago. Shirley was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith. She enjoyed doing housework, watching TV, and playing with the kittens. Shirley is survived by a son. She also leaves her caregiver and legal guardian,Geneva Jones, Arcadia, FL and a host of friends. Shirley is preced in death by her parents; Linnie T. and Edna Louise Biddle Bowman. Visitation will be from 10:00AM until 11:00AM, September 1, 2010 at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home chapel, 50 No. Hillsborough Avenue, Arcadia, FL.
