The family of Sebastian Damaso of Arcadia, FL is saddened to announce his passing on January 30, 2025 at the age of 71 years old. Born in Zimapan Hidalgo, Mexico, he is survived by his wife: Maria Paz Salinas, his eight children: Marcelina, Sebastian, Marisela, Angel, Rocio, Martin, Amanda, Sergio, and his six grand-children: Christine, Vanessa, Sophia, Edgar, William, and Leilani.

Don Sebastian was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He took pride in giving a good life to his children and grandchildren.  He took it upon himself to be a leader and paved the way for many to have the American Dream. He instilled the importance of education and advocated for his children to obtain the highest level of education while maintaining a hard working etiquette. Our dad, "Don Sebas" who many knew as a crew leader of the orange groves, worked his way up to a leadership role solely from his hard work and strong character. A perfect day for him was to grill a "carne asada," while being outdoors with his loved ones. He will be greatly missed and will never be forgotten.

A visitation will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 12:30PM until 1:30PM at Ponger-Kays-Grady Chapel at 50 N. Hillsborough Ave. Arcadia, FL. Burial to follow at Joshua Creek Cemetery at 4354 SE County Road 760 Arcadia, FL 34266
