Scott Andrews

Scott M. Andrews, 68, of Arcadia, Florida passed away peacefully on October 6, 2026. Born on December 26, 1957, in St. Paul Minnesota to the late Duane and Alyce Millard Andrews. He grew up, married and started a family in Minnesota. The family made Florida their home more than 40 years ago. He dedicated much of his life to working as a truck driver, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and dedication. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time in his garage or relaxing in his camper, but his greatest joy came from being surrounded by his family and friends. He especially cherished his grandchildren, who loved being around him and looked forward to the special moments they shared. One of their favorite things was having him pick them up from school, making even an ordinary afternoon a special memory. His love for his family was evident in the time he gave them, the memories they created together, and the joy he brought to their lives. He was known for being strong-willed and, as his family would say, a little bossy—but always with love behind it. He was also known as he was leaving to say, “Glad you got to see me.”

Scott survived by his loving wife of 50 years: Patricia Andrews; Daughters: Sarah (Ryan) Troutman and Rebecca Andrews; Bonus Daughter: Danielle Cavas Brothers: Perry (Marlene) Andrews, Dave (Lu) Andrews, and Jeff (Alison) Andrews; Sister: Debbie (Dave) Eldridge; Grandchildren: Korianna Andrews, Amber Pelham, Kayden Andrews, and Ryan D. Troutman, Emma Faircloth; Great-Grandchildren: Layla Gaskins, Serenity Gaskins, and Weston Williams.

He is proceeded in death by his parents and Brother and sister-in-law: Pat (Dawn) Andrews.

A celebration will be announced and held at a later date.
