Ronald Mercer, age 66, of Brandon, Fl. passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2009 in Tampa, Fl. He was born in Moultrie, Ga Aug. 5, 1942. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard , and of the Pentecostal faith. Survivors include his beloved wife; Mildred, Brandon, two brothers; Robert Mercer, Lakeland, Fl. and Wendall (Sue) Mercer, Salem, WV. three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 3:00PM Saturday, August 1, 2009 in Lily Cemetery, Lily, Fl. DeSoto County Honor Guard will render military honors at the cemetery.
