It is with great sadness in our hearts to announce the passing of Rolando Ibarra Alcala, at age 41 on March 17, 2026, in Okeechobee, Florida. Rolando was born in Pinal De Amoles in Queretarro on October 14, 1984. Rolando lived in Arcadia for 16 years; he was a carpenter, supervisor, and worked all trades that were given to him. He loved any challenge.

Rolando is survived by both his parents, Juan Ibarra Rivera and Hermelinda Alcala Alcala, both from Queretaro, Mexico and also his fiance of 14 years, Dinah Maldonado from Arcadia as well as his children, Christian of Queretaro, Mexico, along with Rolando Johnnie, Jacob Alexander, and his step daughter Alyssa Herminia of Arcadia, and a nephew that he considered a son,Erik from Okeechobee, along with three brothers Donaciano of Tennessee , Norberto (Noemi) of Queretarro, Mexico. Juan (Savannah) of Okeechobee and three sisters Hilda (Luis) of Okeechobee, Alicia (Angelico) of Queretarro, Mexico, and Eva of Queretarro, Mexico, and finally eighteen nieces and nephews and many friends that adored him.

He loved his music, having cookouts, and spending time with his children, his friends, and his family. His pride was one of a kind. He was known to many by his nicknames: Chocolate, Churro, Charmin, Juanillo and Pipo. He will be missed by his parents, children, siblings, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
