Roger D. Griffin 70 of Arcadia passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2008. He was born September 10, 1937 in Stuart, FL and moved to Arcadia 9 years ago from West Palm Beach. Roger served his county in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed going to Senior Friendship Center and was a member of the Church of Arcadia. Roger was Preceded in death by his parents George and Marcella Griffin, and one daughter Melanie Spaulding. His survived by one son Devon Michael Sparkey Griffin of Jonesboro, GA; three brothers, Terry Griffin of Arcadia, Lonnie Griffin of W. Palm Beach, and Lloyd Griffin of W. Palm Beach; one sister Geneva (George) Ecker of Arcadia, and one grandson Christopher Spaulding of Jonesboro, GA.
