Richard Lee Hallman, age 51, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024 in Sarasota, Florida. He was a lifelong resident of Arcadia.  He was born March 1, 1973 in Arcadia, Florida to Carlis Wiley Hallman and Margaret Schutt. Richard was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, quality time with grandchildren, Barbequing for family and friends, and assisting others that needed help.

He is survived by his sons Austin Hallman, and Justin Hallman, from Arcadia, Florida, brother Robert Moore (Cathy) from Arcadia, Florida, Allen Moore (Kim) from Arcadia, Florida, brothers Robert (Shawn) Hallman from Dade City, Florida, Carlis V. (Amy) Hallman from Guntersville, Alabama, David Hallman from Centerville, Alabama, sisters Ruth Hallman, Wendy (Edgar) Moore, Tammy Moore, Betty Jo Moore all from Arcadia, Florida, and Betty (Mike) Beam from Centerville, Alabama, and two grandchildren Wyatt Hallman, and Kingsley Brockman.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents and brother Freddy Moore.

A Celebration of Life will be held later.
