Rayburn Lee Noblett, 62, of Bowling Green passed away Monday, April 3, 2023 at his residence.

Rayburn was born on August 13, 1960 to Robert 'Bud' and Delilia 'Polly' Noblett in Onekama, Michigan. Moving to Hardee County as a child, he lived here and Polk County his entire life.

He was a graduate of Hardee Senior High School. Rayburn was a former employee of Moran Groves, Gardnier and Cargill Fertilizer.

He was an avid fisherman, loved to hunt and enjoyed reading Louie Lamour western novels. His favorite pastime was drawing and was regarded as a talented, self-taught artist.

Rayburn was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Richard 'Richie' and Robert Noblett, and a sister, Debra Noblett Rucker.

He is survived by his only child and pride and joy, daughter Kari Noblett Cavanaugh and husband Mark of Nashville, TN, two grandchildren, Landon and Madisyn Cavanaugh also of Nashville, TN and brother, Danny Noblett of Wauchula.

Plans for a celebration of life are being planned for a later date.
