Raul Diaz Morales passed away on October 16, 2022. He was born in Mexico on March 31, 1962, to Pedro Diaz Chaves and Esperanza Morales Perez. Raul had been a Hardee County resident since 1985 and became a United States Citizen.

He was a very hardworking and knowledgeable man as a farmhand in the agricultural field and attended St. Michaels Catholic Church. Raul was always building something from scratch and loved carpentry work. He was respectful and humble.

He is survived by his wife Irma; sons, Pedro and Raul Diaz; and siblings Jose, Marla, Adela, Esperanza, and Gloria Diaz.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Ponger-Kays Grady Funeral Home in Wauchula, Florida from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Funeral Mass will take place Thursday, October 20, 2022, at St. Michael's Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Wauchula City Cemetery.
