Rachel Lou Rollins, 59, of Arcadia, Florida passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025. Born in Redbay, Alabama on October 21, 1966 to the late Flavis and Rosalee Toma Mitchell. Rachel loved to cook and shop, cherished time spent with her family, and deeply adored her granddaughters and her dogs.

She is survived by her fiancé: Herman San Miguel; Daughter: Carrie Owens (Clifford), Son: Calvin Dickens; Niece: Dolores Dominguez, three brothers, three sisters, Two granddaughters: Gracie and Emilie and many extended family and friends.
