Rachel Tipton Mills, 72, of Arcadia, Florida passed away on January 19, 2021.  She was born on August 5, 1948 to the late George Vander Tipton and Laura (Kirkland) Tipton in Bascom, Florida. Rachel is survived by her son, Gary Mills, and his wife, Amanda; five grandchildren, Dalton Mills, Dylan Mills, Brenna Mills, Chloe  Mills and Kendra Mills; two brothers, Charles Tipton and Ronald Tipton, and three sisters, Ruby Smith, Sara Turner and Sue Smith; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Rachel enjoyed the challenge of completing puzzles, spending time with family, and loved and treasured each of her five grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones and friends. A Graveside Service will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Arcadia, Florida on Saturday, January 23 at 11 a.m.
