Myrtle F. Duda, age 90, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2009 in Arcadia, FL. She was born November 27, 1918 in Bellingham, MN and moved to Arcadia in 1986 from Chicago, IL. She was of the Methodist Faith and a member of Pine Level United Methodist Church of Arcadia, FL. Myrtle was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with them. She also liked to crochet, sewing and stayed active with solving puzzles and playing cards. She is survived by one daughter, Roxane L. (Stephen A.) Wilson of Arcadia, Fl, one grand-daughter, Tracy Wilson and a great-grandson, Troy Wilson. Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband Michael J. Duda, her parents, Helmuth and Emma Zahn Dahlke and one sister. Memorial Services and a Celebration of Myrtle s life will be held, Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 6:00PM at the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home, 50 N. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia, FL.
