Mary Elizabeth Barnard of Arcadia passed away on April 19, 2025 at the age of 103 years old.  Mary was born in Washington, D.C. on April 21, 1921, to Chester Elvon Ray and Dora Elsie (Rice) Ray.

Mary had lived in the community since 1998, coming from Silver Springs, Maryland. She was a member of the Methodist Church and for many years was a Realtor in the area.
