Marvin E. Kelsey, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, in Zolfo Springs, Florida. He was born in Marion County, Indiana on July 4, 1947, to the late Otha and Thelma Kelsey.

He lived in Hardee County had his own business, Kelsey Painting and Decorating, he loved to play golf and loved pool. he will be remembered most for saving his coins.

He is survived by his daughter, Marjorie Kelsey of Indianapolis, Indiana. Marvin had 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Shelby Kelsey, children, Marvina Kelsey of Indianapolis, Indiana, Michelle Kelsey of Indianapolis, Indiana, and a sister, Marjorie Hubbard. granddaughter, Taylor Duffy, his mother Thelma Kelsey and grandson Eric Collins and nephew Bobby Hubbard.
