Martha Ann Smith, age 61, passed away Saturday night in Port Charlotte, Florida. She was born in Arcadia, Florida to Ebby and Genevieve Smith on September 8, 1962. She was a lifelong resident and was of the Baptist faith. Martha was fun loving and enjoyed her time spent at McDonalds, fixing and eating hamburgers.

She is survived by her brothers James (Debra) Smith from Harriman, Tennessee, and David Smith of Arcadia, Florida, along with seven nieces and nephews, six great nieces and one great nephew.

Martha is preceded in death by her parents Ebby and Genevieve Smith, and sister Mary Smith, along with one Nephew.

Visitation will be Friday, May 24, 2024 at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home in Arcadia from 9:30 –10:30am, with the Service to follow. Pastor Ellis Cross will be officiating. The burial will be at Joshua Creek Cemetery.
