Obituary

Marjorie Ann Ricker, 86, of Arcadia, FL passed away on November 3 rd , 2019. She was born on July 4 th , 1933 to the late Eugene Schneider and Mildred LaBelle in Milwaukee, WI. She was a member of the Arcadia community for 32 years, having moved from Union Grove, WI in 1987.

Marjorie was a member and Secretary of the DeSoto Amateur Radio Club, and a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary; she was also the President of the Wisconsin Forty and Eight from 1989 to 1990. She worked for several years as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and after moving to Arcadia became the President of the Arcadia Tourists' Club and of the Association of Arcadia Mobile Home Parks. In her free time, she enjoyed knitting.

Marjorie is survived by her loving husband since July 28 th , 1951, Ralph Ricker; her sons: Michael David of Racine, WI, Lawrence Lowel of Madison, WI, Neal Mathew of Milwaukee, WI, and James Thomas of Milwaukee, WI; her daughters: Cynthia Jean of Fox Point, WI and Georgia Lee of Wausau, IN; her brother: David Schneider of Hartland, WI; 32 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren, 11 nieces, and 15 nephews. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Edith Marie; one son, Daniel Thomas; two brothers, Don and Eugene Schneider; and one sister, Nancy Lee Muth, as well as her parents.

Services will be held in Milwaukee, WI on December 6 th , 2019.
