Lisa Danel Whidden passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025. She was born in Arcadia, FL on February 8, 1971 to Daniel and Linda (Chitwood) Whidden.

She graduated in 1989 from the Peace River Valley Christian Academy. She was a published poet and a marvelous mother. She was a member of the Nocatee Church of God.

She loved to express herself through poetry. She also enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading, coloring and puzzles. She was light and loved in every room she entered. She was selfless, compassionate, joyful, and God-loving. Her laughter was so infectious, and she had the best sense of humor.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Linda Whidden.

She is survived by her children Isaiah Whidden and Jay Vann, her sister, Angela Whidden, niece Xierria Whidden and nephew Corey Whidden.

The Service will be on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 1:00PM at the Arcadia Church of God of Prophecy, located at 4710 NE Hwy 70, Arcadia, FL 34266.
