Linda Marlene Williams Dye, Age-75 of Arcadia, Florida passed away on January 27 th 2022 at her residence in Arcadia, FL. Linda was born on January 19 th 1947 here in Arcadia and was a lifelong resident. She was a member of Fort Ogden Baptist Church. Linda was a homemaker and loved to cook for her family and friends. She enjoyed music and dancing, caring for her houseplants and fishing. She will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will also be remembered for her meals she prepared for her family. She loved whole heartedly and gave her all to make all feel loved and cherished.
Linda is survived by her five children, Denise (Wesley) Harn of Arcadia, FL, Stacy (Wesley Story) Capling of Clewiston, FL, Jennifer Hollingsworth (Nikos) Kment of Arcadia, FL, Bert (Shanon) Dye of Fort Ogden, FL and Kennel Heath (Stephanie ) Dye of Fort Ogden, FL. She is survived by six grandchildren, Josh(Ashley) Harn; Reba Rauh; Gary (Chelsea) Hollingsworth, Riley Kment, Parker and Grace Dye 4 great-grandchildren, Hayden Harn, Leslie Bullard Ricki Jolynn Bullard and Stetson Hollingsworth. She is also survived by a longtime family friend, Ronnie Aubin. She is preceded in death by her husband Kennel Dye.
A visitation will be held on Thursday February 3 rd from 10-11 am at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home 50 North Hillsborough Avenue a graveside service will follow at Fort Ogden Cemetery, Fort Ogden, FL.
