Lewis Edward Hay, age 64, passed away August 27, 2009 in Ft. Ogden, Fl. Lewis was born in Arcadia, Fl. April 19, 1945. He was self employed as a local and long distance truck driver and mechanic. He was a member of the Arcadia Moose Lodge and Eagles. He enjoyed motorcycling, fishing, hunting, and anything outdoors. He loved spending time with his family. He was of the Baptist faith. Lewis is survived by a son, Lewis E. (Heather) Hay II, Arcadia, Fl. three daughters, Kathryn (George Chaney) Jackson, and Julie (Tim) Edgar both of Jacksonville, Fl. and Jacki (Tim Richard) Hay, Church Point, LA. He also leaves eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, two brothers Gordon (Irma) Hay, Ft. Ogden, Fl. John Hay, Madison,. Fl. , three sisters Lena Belle Johnson, Lake Placid, Fl. Lillie Mae Owens, Wyoming, and Patha Winters. OK. . He also leaves a beloved companion Kavinna Nosler. A celebration of Lewis s life will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 6:00PM at Ft.
