Leon Miles Brady age 58, passed away September 22, 2008 in Port Charlotte, Fl. Miles lived most of his life in DeSoto County. Miles was born October 10, 1949, in Manatee County, moving to DeSoto Co. at the age of one year old. He graduated from DeSoto High School, class of 1967 and Madison Business College, Jacksonville, Fl., majoring in accounting. He worked in the area of accounting for awhile, however, he preferred outside work to being inside and became a licensed building contractor. He worked for himself for awhile and several years for General Development Corp. Miles enjoyed fishing and other outdoors activities. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors are his two daughters, Crystal (Arthur) Brown, Hazelhurst, Ga. And Brittany (Jason) Silviera, Ft. Ogden, Fl.. He leaves his mother Serena Juanita Albritton Lewis, Arcadia, Fl. a brother William R. Brady, Altamonte Springs, Fl. a sister Joan (Ermil) Flatford, Knoxville, TN. three grandchildren, Madison Brown, Abby Brown, and Jace Silviera. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00AM Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Lily Cemetery, Lily, Fl.
