Leon Brady, age 47, of Nocatee, Fl. passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2008 in Nocatee. He was born January 3, 1961 in Miami, Fl. and moved to SW Florida 25 years ago. Leon loved his family very much and spending time with them. He was an out-doors man that enjoyed all kinds of fishing, hunting, gardening and mowing his yard. Leon also had a real soft spot for his dogs. He is survived by his loving wife Donna F. Whitlock-Brady, two daughters Shemilla Brady of Live Oak, Fl. and Jai T. (Sedrick) Harris of Deltona,Fl., one son Horri L.S. Brown of Nocatee, Fl., two brothers James L. Brady of Arcadia, Fl. and Major Brady of Tampa, Fl., six sisters, Verina Brady of Pompano, Fl., Leola (Herman) Clark of Ft Lauderdale, Fl., Patricia A. (Jabez) Brady of Arcadia, Fl., Annie M. (Roy) Tate, Arcadia, Fl., Christine M. (Jim) McMillions of Sarasota, Fl. Luzina (Walter) Perdue of Tampa, Fl. and brother in law John Williams. Three grand children and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents James J. and Lenora Brady and sister Brenda Williams. Memorial Services and a celebration of his life will be held Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 11:00AM at the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home, 50 N. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia, Fl.
