Laura Ann Jones

Laura Ann Jones, 48, of Arcadia, Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on May 11, 2026. Born on November 26, 1977 in Wauchula to the late Larue Jacobs and Virginia Vaughan Jacobs. She had a love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, and buggy riding. She also found joy in shopping, makeup, and spending time doing the things she loved most with family and friends. Known for her fun-loving spirit and kind heart, she lived life with enthusiasm and treasured the memories made along the way. She was of the Baptist faith and carried her beliefs with strength and grace throughout her life.

She survived by her husband: Robert Jones; Son: Clayton Jacobs; Daughter: Morgan Ray (James Newberry); Sisters: Sheila Jacobs and Angela Cooper (Char Nichols); Niece: Ashley Cooper; Nephew: Christopher Cooper; Cousins: Krista, Tiffani, and Erika, along with many other extended family members and friends.

Laura lived a life rich in love, faith, and the natural world. Her memory will be forever treasured by those who had the privilege to know her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit remains alive in the hearts of her family and friends.
