Kim Lewis Sandoval passed away on February 26, 2023, she was born in Sarasota, Florida, in 1967 to Jerry Raymond Lewis and Sandra Louise Smith.

She graduated in 1986 from DeSoto County High School and enjoyed fishing, hunting, looking for fossils, hiking, boating, travel, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Kim was Military Police for five years before her discharge from the US Army  and served as Commander of the Investigations Bureau of the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office.

She was considered the "Rock" of the family, the person who was strong and loving and took care of the entire family.

She is survived by her husband Jason Sandoval and a brother, Karl Lewis, as well as fifty plus nieces and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life at 1:00PM on Saturday, March 4 ^th at Pine Level United Methodist Church at 9596 NW Pine Level Street, Arcadia, Florida 34266. Pastor Matt Roberts will be officiating.
