Mr. Kenneth Thomas Stone of Arcadia, Florida passed away on August 24, 2022. Kenneth was born in Ragland, Alabama on June 22, 1934.

He moved into the area in 1957 and was a member of the North Hillsborough Baptist Church. He was a lifetime member of the Moose Lodge and a former VFW member as well as American Legion and Am Vets.

He was a mason by trade and worked in the Construction industry. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army.

He loved fishing and hunting, and guns, but was especially fond of hog hunting!

He is survived by his daughters Haley Caraway of Crestview, Florida, Jeanie Jordan of Lakeland, Florida and Heidi deJong of Port Charlotte, Florida. Also, his brothers Barney Stone of Alabama and Don Stone of Alabama. He had seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ted Thomas Stone and Iva Belle Bright Stone. Also, one sister, Barbara Delprey, and a brother John Stone.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 11:00am in the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Homes Arcadia.
