Joyce Ann Hall passed away peacefully on September 11, 2026, in Wauchula, Florida. She was born on January 21, 1947, in Tennessee to Joseph Sanders and Lena Hunt Sanders. She had lived in the area since 1984.

She and her husband Willie faithfully attended the Florida First Assembly of God in Wauchula, Florida.

One of her biggest enjoyments was raising fighting roosters. She loved being “picked on” and would give it right back. She enjoyed using her favorite phrase, “Somebody’s gonna get a whoopin!”

She was a hard worker and a caring person who loved everyone.

She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Robert Sanders and Lena Hunt, and her brother Joe D. Sanders.

She is survived by her loving husband Willie Hall, her children; Janet “Sissy” (Robert) Taylor of Bowling Green, FL, Cindy (Patrick) Heifner of Bloomington, IN, Pamela Knox and Ricky Estes of Clinton, KY. There are 4 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

The Visitation will be Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00AM-11:00AM, in the Chaple of Ponger-Kays-Grady at 205 N. 9th Avenue, Wauchula, FL. The Service will follow at 11:00AM with Pastor Scott Waldron officiating. Burial will follow at Wauchula City Cemetery.
