Josephine Boccia, age 85, Arcadia, Fl. passed away Jan. 4, 2008. Josephine was born in New York City, Dec. 19, 1922 and had lived in Arcadia for the past 5 years, moving here from Fort Myers, Fl. Josephine retired as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She enjoyed bingo, cooking, and family gatherings. Josephine was of the catholic faith. Survivors are two sons, Francesco Frank Boccia and George Salpurido both of Arcadia, Fl. She leaves a daughter, Nancy D Amato also of Arcadia, Fl. and a niece and Godchild, Catherine Cathy (Herb) Bell, Valrico, Fl, and a granddaughter Marcella Boccia, Italy. Visitation will be conducted from 6:00PM until 8:00PM. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2007 from the Ponger-Kays-Grady Chapel, 50 No. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia, Fl.
