Josephine Elizabeth Abbott, age 88 passed away on Wednesday November 12, 2025 in Bowling Green, Florida. She was born in Miami, Florida on September 19, 1937 to W.J. Marsh and Annie Lou Marsh.

She was a member of the Fort Green Baptist Church; she lived in the community for 52 years. She was a housewife, she found pleasure in cooking, sewing and crocheting. above all she was a loving mother, grandmother and great grand mother.

She is survived by her 3 sons Craig Abbott of Sebring, Fl, Robert (Robin) Abbott of Bowling Green, Fl and Michael Abbott of Bowling Green, Fl. Josephine had 6 grandchildren. Brad Norman (Leann), Amanda (Guy) Abbott Carlton, Robbie (Bri) Abbott, Matt (Danielle) Abbott, Blaine (Gretchen) Abbott and Will Abbott. 8 great grandchildren. Haylee Norman, Colton Norman, Annabelle Carlton, Ronnie Carlton, Charleigh Abbott, Remington Abbott, Kollins Abbott and Lawson Abbott.

She is preceded in death by her husband, C.J. Abbott, father, W.J. Marsh and mother Annie Lou Marsh.
