Jordan Gage Freytes, six weeks of age, passed away Sunday February 28, 2010 in Lake Placid, FL. He was born January 18, 2010 in Port Charlotte, FL. He is survived by his parents, Lindsay A. Freytes and Ryon G. Bland of Lake Placid, FL., one brother Austin Clay Roberts of Lake Placid, FL. , maternal grandparents, Pam and Fred Freytes of Lake Placid, FL., paternal grandparents, Elena and Henry Bland of GA, Aunt Sally Hall of Lake Placid, FL., numerous other loving extended family. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 2:00PM until 3:00PM at the Pine Level United Methodist Church, 9596 NW Pine Level St., Arcadia. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 3:00PM with Pastor Charles Watts officiating.
