Jonathan Colón Perez, age 41 passed away Monday March 4, 2024. He was born in Puerto Rico on
February 8, 1983 to Efrain Colón Pagan and Norma Perez Vega.

He will be remembered by his family as a caring father, an amazing brother and a loving son.

Jonathan is survived by his son Deliyerbin Colón Rivas from New Haven, CT, daughter Janiska Colón Rivas
from New Haven, CT. Brothers Gabriel "Chino" Perez from Arcadia, Florida, Christopher Colón Perez
from Allentown PA, Victor Colón Matos from Orlando, Florida and Efrain Colón Matos. Sisters Maria Coló
n Perez from Allentown, PA, Iris Perez from Orlando, Florida, and Carmen Colon Matos from Houston,
Texas, along with nieces, Alaiyah Perez, Jesyina Perez, Ney Oviedo Perez, Hayden and Harmony Perez and Meia Perez.

He is preceded in death by his father Efrain Colón Pagan.

Visitation will Friday, March 15, 2024 from 5-7pm, at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home Chapel, with
services to follow. Father Luis will be officiating.
