John A. White

John Alfred White, 80, of Arcadia, Florida passed away peacefully on May 4, 2026. John was born on January 11, 1946, to the late Lonzo and Annie Rich White in Winterhaven, Florida. 

John will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and brother by his family. He was a member of the Church of God in Arcadia, FL. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lonzo and Annie Laura White, Brothers; Junior White, Melvin White and Clarence White, Sister; Ruth White Morris, and an infant. 

He is survived by his loving wife Ulrike, Sons; Stephen James (Christina) White of Arcadia, FL, and Thomas White of Arcadia, FL. Daughters; Jolenne Dingman (Joseph Nolan) of Crossville, TN. and Rebekah Fry (Joel Torres) of Auburndale, FL. and his sister Karen Ray of Arcadia, FL. There are also four grandchildren, Haeleigh Fry, Serenity White, Katelynn White, and Dariana Torres as well as various nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 11:00AM at the Arcadia Church of God, 1423 Northeast Oak Street, Arcadia, FL 34266, with pastor Nathan Headrick officiating. Burial will be at Sarasota National Cemetery at a later date.
