J. Jesus Alcantar-Trinidad, Age-64, passed away at Fawcett Hospital on Saturday January 19, 2019 Jesus was born on November 1, 1954 in Jalisco, Mexico and was a resident of Arcadia, Florida for the last 22 years. He was an active member of St. Pauls Catholic Church. He loved to cook especially Birria he was known for his sense of humor always put a smile on others faces but loved his family and especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Beatriz Garcia of Arcadia, FL. He is survived by two sons, Luciano and J. Jesus Alcantar both of Jalisco, Mexico. He is also survived by 5 daughters Rafaela, Marcela, Leonela Alcantar all of Arcadia, FL; Gabriela Gamez of Arcadia, FL and Mariela Alcantar of Port Charlotte, FL. He is survived by 6 brothers, Lorenzo, Juan and Francisco Alcantar all of Chicago, Illinois Alberto Alcantar of San Leandro, CA; Candelario Alcantar of Jalisco, Mexico  and Guadalupe Alcantar of Tuscon, Arizona. Four sisters Maria, Isabel, Lucina and Rosa Alcantar all of Jalisco, Mexico he is also survived by 22 grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday January 22 from 5-7 pm at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home 50 North Hillsborough Ave. Arcadia. FL. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday January 23 ^rd at 4:00 P.M. at St Pauls Catholic Church 1208 East Oak St. Arcadia, FL. Interment private.
