Jerry R. Wilson, age 74 passed away on January 4, 2024 in Sarasota, FL. He was born on July 8, 1949 in Lake Wales, FL. to the late James H. Wilson and Alice L. Arnold Grimes. He spent his lifetime in Sarasota and Arcadia, FL.

He is survived by one son, Buck (Angelia) Wilson of Punta Gorda, FL, siblings Mary Arndts, of Arcadia, Sandy Lydecker of Zephyrhills, FL. and William Grimes, two grandsons Brendon (Amber) Wilson and Shane (Bailee) Wilson and two great grandson Buck R. Wilson, II and Cohen Michael Wilson.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Roy Lee Grimes, Carl Grimes.
