Jerry Lee Mofield (Age 70) was a loving brother and grandfather. He passed away on October 3rd, 2022, at 3:22 PM in his granddaughter's home. He was surrounded by family in his final days, after a long hard battle with cancer.

Family was most important to him. He was a proud Papa to many grandchildren, including Carly, Madison, and Makayla; and he was a caring brother to his siblings, Henrietta, Julie, and his late brother, Douglas. He is survived by his sons and daughter, as well as nieces and nephews. A quote he often repeated was "You have to stay with the pack, and work with the group". His affection and devotion will be felt for years to come. Through his enjoyment of westerns, fishing, gaming, and God, Jerry made his own sort of adventures with many lessons to share.

Jerry's memorial service is being held at Nocatee Church of God on October 13th at 10 AM. He'd always wanted a big party to be held after he died. With so many heavy hearts left behind, it will be an event to mourn his death, but also celebrate his life, and all the great memories it contained.

A Visitation will be from 10-11AM on Thursday October 13, 2022, at Nocatee Church of God, 4870 SW Highway 17, Nocatee, FL 34268 . Services to follow at 11:00AM.

Burial will be at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, 27200 Jones Loop Rd, Punta Gorda, FL 33982 .
