Jewel Taylor Nobles English age 70 of Wauchula passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012 in Sebring. She was born September 18, 1941 in Lake Dale FL and has been a life time resident of Hardee County. Jewel was of the Baptist Faith, she was a member of the Elks and the Women of the Moose. She loved to cook for family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Mearl B. Nobles; two sons Dennis R. Nobles, Benny Nobles; two grandsons Douglas Chambers, and Robbie Nobles. Jewel is survived by two daughters Susan Croy and husband Kenny of Sebring, Gina Mitchell of Orlando; three brothers Jesse Taylor, Odell Taylor, Richard Taylor and wife Linda all of Wauchula; seven grandchildren Roy Chambers, Nicky Chambers, Cyndi Nobles, Karrie Dudek, Racheal Dudek, Randy Dudek, Trey Croy; and twelve great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 4-6pm Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home 404 W Palmetto Street in Wauchula. Services will be 2:00pm Monday, September 17, 2012 in the Chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home with Pastor Joey Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Fort Green Baptist Cemetery.
