Alfred Poucher age 77 of Wauchula passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at his home. He was born November 13, 1934 in Wauchula and was a life time resident. He served our country in the National Guard. Alfred was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, the Elks Lodge and New Hope Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing especially with his life long friend Elliot Roberts and many other friends. Alfred was preceded in death by one son Shawn Poucher, his parents Colon & Edna Lanier Poucher, and his beloved former wife Snookie. He is survived by two sons Alfred (Pam) Poucher of Wauchula, Greg (Virginia) Poucher of Tennessee, two sisters Collene Murphy and Estel Adams of Lakeland, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00pm Thursday, February 02, 2012 at Real Life Church in Bowling Green.
