Jobie Michael Skitka age 54 of Zolfo Springs passed away Monday, April 1, 2013. He was born October 31, 1958 in Avon Park and was a lifetime Hardee County resident. Jobie was preceded in death by his mother Jewel Stokes Skitka and one nephew Caleb Skitka. He is survived by two daughters Jessica and her husband John Turner IV of Arcadia, Jodie and her husband Joseph DeLoach, Jr. of Arcadia; one son Dustin Skitka and his wife Sara of Zolfo Springs; his father Joe Skitka of Popash; two brothers Danny Skitka of Popash, Charles Skitka of Zolfo Springs; one sister Pam and her husband Charles Goodwin of Baker, FL; four grandchildren Mason, Jhet, Axel, and McKenna. Visitation will be 10-11am Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home located at 404 W Palmetto St in Wauchula. Services will follow the Visitation at 11:00am in the Chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home. Interment services will follow at New Hope Cemetery.
