Doris E. Richardson age 93 of Wimauma passed away Friday, August 10, 2012 in Sun City Florida. She was born April 29, 1919 in Zolfo Springs. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was a Registered Nurse. Doris was preceded in death by her beloved husband Dean Richardson and her parents William & Eloise Jones Crews. She is survived by two daughters Wilma Shiver and husband Pat of Fort Lonesome, Sharon Hall of Lake Placid; one sister Beatrice Stanaland of Fort Lonesome; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation was 2-3pm Sunday, August 12, 2012 at New Hope Baptist Church with Services at 3:00pm with Pastor Chris Bishop officiating. Burial followed in New Hope Cemetery. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Lottie Moon Fund at New Hope Baptist Church or to Life Path Hospice.
