Frank Eugene Rigden of Zolfo Springs, Florida, age 81, passed away on April 27, 2024. He was born in Michigan on June 20, 1942 to George and Esther Ridgen. He had lived in this area for fourth-five years.

He had worked at University of Michigan, Different local Dairies, Home repairs and Habitat for Humanity, Served in Army during Vietnam on heavy equipment. He loved to grilling and feeding those at the Story of Jesus and Story of Noah. He loved boats, tractors and his beloved dog. He will be remebered as very quiet ,but a caring dad and poppy.

He is survived by his step children, Maryann (Peanut) Conrad of Zolfo Springs, Florida, Brent Mckenzie of Philippians, and Rusty Mckenzie of California. Also , his sister Joyce Ruppert of Michigan.There are also two grandchildren, CJ (Brandy) Kelley, Chassyte Kelley, four great grandchildren, Aiden Kelley-Smith, Shaylynn Kelley, Eli Kelley and Albrea Kelley, also several nieces and nephews and cousins.

There will be a Celebrations of Life at a later date in June.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Power and Light productions.
