Minister Frank L. Bauer. age 75, of Arcadia, FL. passed away Saturday, May 29, 2010 in Arcadia. Frank was born in Johnsonburg, PA. April 5, 1935. He moved to Arcadia, Fl. 19 years ago from Dayton, OH. Frank was an ordained minister. He received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from the Kentucky Christian College, (Kentucky Christian University). Grayson, KY. Frank was the founder of and current minister at New Hope Christian Church, Arcadia, FL. He enjoyed spending time with his children and going on vacations with them whenever it was possible. He was a devout Christian, dedicating his life in the furtherance of God s kingdom. He worked as an attendant for Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home, Arcadia for more than 9 years. Survivors are his beloved wife, Peggy Bauer, Arcadia, Fl. , two daughters, Terrie (Robert) Holden, Yukon, OK. and Robin (Don) Thomas, New Lisbon, IN. and a son Tracy Bauer, San Pedro, CA. He also leaves a brother, Larry (Sue) Bauer, Johnsonburg, PA. and five grandchildren; Zack Holden, Seth Holden, Jacob Holden, Nathan Gniffke, and Abigail Frisbee, and four great grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Madeline Bauer, a brother Steve Bauer and a sister Norma Losey. Visitation will be conducted from 1:00PM until 3:00PM Monday, May 31, 2010 at New Hope Christian Church, Arcadia, Fl. Funeral services will be at 3:00PM from New Hope Christian Church. Burial will follow in Campground Cemetery, Pine Level Community, Arcadia, Fl.
