Flavius L. Johnson, Sr. 71 of Arcadia, passed away February 13, 2008. He was born April 25, 1936 in Avon Park and moved to Arcadia as a young man. Flavius attended DeSoto County High School and enjoyed all types of music and wood working and doing crossword puzzles. He worked as a long distance truck driver. He is survived by his beloved companion Jo-Anne Corcoan of Arcadia, thirteen children, Levoy Jr., Stumper Jimmie, Joyce, Greg, David, Denise, Beth, LaGena, Jamie, Billy, Kelly, Patty; one sister Myra Fay Herrin of Lawton, OK; several nieces and nephews, twenty-one grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter Leda Kay Johnson. No services are planed at this time.
