Emily R. Williams, age 63, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2010 in Arcadia, FL. She was born October 3, 1946 in Arcadia, FL. and a lifetime resident of Desoto County. Emily was a very loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by her family very much. She enjoyed reading, fishing and crochqueing afghans for loved ones. Emily attended the Upper Room Church of God in Brownville. She is survived by her husband; Tommy Williams; one daughter; Debby A. (Michael) Taylor of Arcadia, FL.; one step-daughter; Angie Anderson of Nocatee, Fl.; one son Robert K. Ford of St Petersburg, FL; four grandchildren Tiffany Stone, Ashley Welling, Casey Taylor and Amanda Ford; six great grandchildren and niece Tammy Gross of Arcadia, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents Novell and Marguerite Farnsworth Ford. Memorial Services and a Celebration of Emily s life will be Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 9:00AM at the Arcadia Park and Boat Ramp. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Emily s name to Seacoast National Bank, for expenses.
