Elton Leon Hutson, Jr., age 60 passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011 in Fort Pierce, FL. He was born November 24, 1950 in Colfax, IL to Elton Leon Hutson Sr. and Daisy Mansfield Hutson. He moved to Arcadia at a young age with his parents. Elton was of the Baptist faith. Known by all who loved him, Jr. was a loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend. He loved his girls, his grandchildren, his family and friends. He enjoyed living the life of a cowboy at Lykes Brothers Ranch. He also loved spending time with his brothers and friends camping, fishing and hunting deer. Those that knew him would agree, he was pretty good at drinking beer. He is survived by four daughters; Jennifer Ann (Brad) Mann of Arcadia, FL., Melissa Ann (Dan) Sullivan of Ft. Hood, TX, Jamie Nellie Hutson (TJ Johnson) and Casey Nicole Hutson both of Arcadia, FL.; four brothers Tony (Ellen) Hutson of Arcadia, FL., Teter (Tammy) Hutson of Arcadia, FL., Loren (Sandy) Hutson of Sarasota, FL. and Barney Hutson of Arcadia, FL.; two sisters Joyce (Tim) Barnwell and Tara Hutson both of Arcadia, FL., five grandchildren; James M. Pelham, Jr., Gunner W. Pelham, Bailey N. Pelham, Natalie C. Puente and Rhylea C. Sullivan; and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation of family and friends will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2011 from 2:00PM until 3:00PM at the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Homes, 50 North Hillsborough Ave, Arcadia. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 3:00PM at the chapel with Rev. Jerry Atkins officiating. Jr. will truly be missed by his family and friends.
